Under normal use, if the differential pressure alarm of the prefilter device alarms or the cumulative use exceeds 300 hours, the filter element should be replaced. The double-barrel parallel prefilter device can not stop the machine when the filter element is replaced.
Method to replace the filter element: 1. Replacement of the filter element of the single barrel pre-filter device: a. Close the ball valve of the oil inlet and open the upper end cover. (the aluminum alloy type upper cover needs to use a flat mouth screwdriver from the side of the gap gently pry open); B. Unscrew the plug wire of the sewage outlet to drain the clean dirty oil; C Loosen the fastening nut at the upper end of the filter element, the operator grips the filter element with oil-proof gloves, and removes the old filter element vertically upward; D. Change a new filter element, pad the upper sealing ring (the lower end has its own sealing gasket), and tighten the nut; F. Tighten the blockage wire of the sewage outlet, cover the upper end cover (pay attention to pad the sealing ring), and fasten the bolts. 2. Replacement of the filter element of the double-barrel parallel prefiltration device: a. First close the oil inlet valve of the filter on the side of the filter element that needs to be replaced, and then close the oil outlet valve after a few minutes, and then unscrew the end cover bolt and open the end cover; B. Open the drain valve to completely drain the dirty oil to prevent the dirty oil from entering the clean oil chamber when replacing the filter element; C. Loosen the fastening nut at the upper end of the filter element, the operator grips the filter element with oil-proof gloves, and removes the old filter element vertically upward; C. Change a new filter element, pad the upper sealing ring (the lower end has its own sealing gasket), tighten the nut; D. Close the drain valve, cover the upper end cover (pay attention to pad the sealing ring), and fasten the bolts. E. Open the oil inlet valve first, then open the exhaust valve, and close the exhaust valve immediately when the exhaust valve is out of oil, then open the oil outlet valve; The filter on the other side is operated in the same way.
