1. The air filter element must be matched with the power, economy and reliability of the original engine.
(1) The air chlorine flow rate in the technical parameters of the filter element shall be greater than the rated air intake rate of the matching engine.
(2) The filter material has the requirements of thickness, tension resistance, original intake resistance, filtration accuracy, etc. The air filtration precision of imported diesel oil is required to be 5 m, and domestic diesel engine is also required to be less than 20 m. The filtration precision of high efficiency filter paper is 2 m, the filtration precision of ordinary imported filter paper is 30 m, and the filtration precision of domestic filter paper is only 80 m.
